Welcome to Promptsy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at promptsy.suby.pl (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Promptsy. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

3. User Content

3.1 What you own

You retain ownership of the original prompts and content you submit to Promptsy ("User Content").

3.2 License you grant us

By submitting content, you grant Promptsy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make available your User Content through the Service. This license exists for as long as your content remains on the platform.

3.3 Collaborative editing

Promptsy is a collaborative platform. When you submit a prompt, other users may edit, improve, or build upon it. Edits are tracked with full version history. By participating, you acknowledge that your contributions may be modified by the community.

3.4 Prohibited content

You may not submit content that:

• Violates any applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property)
• Contains malware, spam, or prompt injection attacks
• Is sexually exploitative of minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported immediately
• Promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
• Impersonates another person or entity

4. Community Guidelines

• Be constructive. Edits should improve prompts. Vandalism or deliberate degradation of content will result in trust score penalties and potential suspension.
• Respect others. Discussion pages are for productive conversation about prompts, not personal attacks.
• Cite sources.If a prompt is based on someone else's work, provide attribution.

5. Trust System & Moderation

Promptsy uses a trust-based moderation system. New users' edits go through a review queue. After 10 approved edits, users are promoted to Trusted status with expanded privileges. We reserve the right to adjust trust scores, roles, and access levels at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Promptsy name, logo, design, and underlying code are our property. User-submitted prompts remain the property of their respective authors, subject to the license granted in Section 3.2.

7. DMCA & Copyright Claims

If you believe content on Promptsy infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@promptsy.suby.pl with:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work
2. URL of the infringing content on Promptsy
3. Your contact information
4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized

We will respond within 48 hours and remove infringing content as appropriate.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Prompts on the platform are user-generated. We do not guarantee their accuracy, effectiveness, or safety.
• AI-generated outputs from prompts are the responsibility of the user running them, not Promptsy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptsy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
